Hoops & Sports 4 All will utilize any and all capital donated to purchase Sports equipment, t-shirts, uniforms, safety gear, and create publicity post cards. The post cards will be utilize to promote any community event. The equipment purchased by Hoops & Sports 4 All Will be owned by Hoops & Sports 4 All, and utilized by any and all children attending a Hoops & Sports 4 All events. Hoops & Sports 4 All, employees, volunteers and agents will assess proper use by children of any and all sports equipment, any improper use and or handling of any sports equipment may lead to, being expelled from any Hoops & Sports 4 All, event. Any act of violence, criminal act, and or improper behavior will lead to being expelled from any  Hoops & Sports 4 All, event. Hoops & Sports 4 All, will host some events at local private/ public facilities, The City of Middletown/ Town of Wallkill their employees, volunteers and agents assume no legal liability or responsibility for any injury sustained by anybody participating or attending any Hoops & Sports 4 All, event, furthermore the same applies for the use of any private facility the private facility owners, employees, volunteers and agents assume no legal liability or responsibility for any injury sustained by anybody participating or attending any Hoops & Sports 4 All, event. It will be the sole responsibility of any parent and or guardian of any child attending any Hoops & Sports 4 All, event to ensure that their child has been cleared by a certified physician prior to participating in any physical and or sports activity. All parents and or guardians may retrieve their children at any time if any concerns arise as to the safety/ health of their child from involvement in any Hoops & Sports 4 All, event.
